Customer’s Terms

Translator’s Terms

1.We will deduct 30% of your offer for administration fee. For example, when you offer 100 baht, you will get 70 baht, and this amount is not deducted the 3% withholding tax. Withholding tax of 3% will be deducted from the final compensation amount.
2.You must sign using legitimate documentation. We do not disclose your information except for some information we noted during the registration process.
3.You are not allowed to use google translation. If we find out google translation was used as a means to complete work, we will ban your account. In such case, you will not be paid for that work and, instead, we will refund the customer.
4.You have to edit or correct work if customer request so. If you think it is correct and does not need to be edited, you can inform us and we will investigate the case. 
5.If you cannot complete work on time, please inform customer within 1-2 days after paid by customer. This grace period is only valid on work with 5 day translation period and up. You cannot cancel work with 1-2 days translation period. If you break this rule 2 times, we will ban your account.
6.You are not allowed to give customer personal contact information such as phone no., e-mail, or line ID. Doing so will result in banning of your account.
7.We will send you notification via e-mail to update about new work, bids, and other news that may concern you.
8.We will call you in some cases.
9.When you click “I agree”, it means you understand and accept these terms and conditions.

Pimmada (Pim)

Clubplae website was established by Miss Pimmada, a freelance translator of 8 years, with an objective to facilitate customers and translators.Customer can choose translator, set due date, follow up, and choose price. Our duty is screening quality and experienced translators, arrange payment, and coordination.
Translator can choose to place an offer on work that he/she is interested in. We will make a payment to you on the 1st and 15th of the month.
